Because my single minded focus on ethics is second to none. What that means for you is that the work I do must not only be to the highest standard of competency, it must also be to the highest standard of truth.

Competency does not mean that I’ll have every answer instantly at hand. What it does mean is that I have the tools, talent and most importantly motivation to find that answer. I'm looking for solutions, not sales. Anyone can say such things, but if you read the pages of this website and compare you'll know that when I say it it's true. The frank, open discussion found here is unrivaled.

Truth means that absolutely nothing I tell you has been scripted by a marketing department. You’ll get no phony year end sales on overstocked equipment I don’t actually have. Nor will you get your ducts damaged and air polluted with duct cleaning just because it's profitable for me to do so. What you will get is precisely what you want and you need because you will make an informed decision.

In short, you may as well print everything I tell you concerning your heating and air on a deposit slip because you can take it to the bank.

More reasons:

I'm not low pressure, I'm no pressure. I'm comfortable with you watching as I work. I find that the more customers watch and talk to me, the more they trust me. I know what I'm doing and I don't blow smoke trying to sell you something you don't need.

There are no official office hours because the phone gets answered at almost any hour. Call whenever, though if you call at two in the morning you had better mean it. ;^)
